I can’t believe it’s been nearly a month since I’ve blogged! There has been so much going on behind the scenes and I can’t wait to catch you all up.
Let’s start with this warm and fuzzy newborn session. I am so excited to present beautiful baby A to the world. She was nearly a month old when her parents hired me to be their Fairfax VA newborn photographer and she slept peacefully the entire time…proving it’s never too late to have newborn pictures taken! We were joined by her rescue kitty big brother and sister who posed beautifully for a family portrait. Mom also had this lovely idea of incorporating her wedding veil into Baby A’s portraits while Dad wore his wedding socks at the session!
Being perfectly honest, I didn’t have newborn photos taken with either of our children. There were tons of excuses both times. But today, I have very few quality photos documenting that time in our lives and even fewer with me in them. Of course each photographer’s pricing will vary based on what’s included in their package and their skill level among other factors, so it’s important that you take some time to find one whose work resonates with you within your budget.
